Mixins began in June 2022 as a custom software company - web, mobile, and enterprise systems for teams that couldn't fit off-the-shelf tools.
While building for lending clients, we saw the same gaps repeatedly: fragmented lead ops, voice outreach that didn't scale, and CRMs that weren't built for NBFC workflows. So we built our own.
Mixins Loan CRM came first - an end-to-end platform for leads, credit, disbursals, and collections. Mixins Varta followed - multilingual voice AI that plugs into those workflows and the CRMs teams already use.
We still take on custom projects and Salesforce delivery. The difference is everything we ship now is informed by running products in production - not just one-off implementations.
